Studies show that 90% of brain development happens before the age of five. Early childhood educators have a profound impact on the lives of children, and yet all early childhood education is not created equal. The Council for Professional Recognition believes that the quality of early education should not be dependent on the neighborhood you live in or the economic well-being of parents. To address this, they created the Child Associate Development (CDA) credential to ensure all children receive the highest possible education.
